From concept to candidate

Patients’ needs are at the heart of our research into new drug candidates and our research is driven by unmet medical needs in our therapeutic focus areas.

We study how our compounds work at a fundamental level, and how they may ultimately benefit those living with dermatological conditions.

Drug molecules are studied to assess the effect they would have on our bodies, as well as the effect our bodies would have on them. Once the most promising drug molecules have been identified and selected, we focus on obtaining a thorough understanding of their biological effect.
