The history of LEO Pharma
In 1908, pharmacists August Kongsted and Anton Antons bought the LEO Pharmacy in Copenhagen, Denmark, from where they began producing treatments including acetylsalicylic acid. For years, this was the most commonly used painkiller in Denmark. This marked the beginning of a truly global company which today helps people all over the world to enjoy a better quality of life. More information on the history of LEO Pharma can be found on our global website: http://www.leo-pharma.com.
