LEO Pharma is owned by the LEO Foundation. This is an independent, private institution which enables us to commit to the long-term research goals and expansion plans that are necessary to continue the development of LEO Pharma as a successful, efficient, responsible and professional research-based company.
Being owned by a foundation means that LEO Pharma has no external shareholders and is totally independent of outside capital. In other words, we own ourselves.
