Everyone at LEO Pharma UK/IE has a passion and commitment to helping people live fuller and more enriched lives. Led by the LEO Pharma UK/IE affiliate Leadership Team, our people continually ensure that the Helping SARAH mentality is embedded across all aspects of our business in order to really make a difference to those who we actively aim to help.


Name: Geraldine Murphy.

Job Title: Vice President, Cluster Europe North, Australia & New Zealand.

Key area of focus: Driving success in Cluster Europe North AU/NZ and implementing a new, efficient and exciting way of working which will add value for Patients, our People and for LEO.

LEO passion: Having the privilege of leading a fantastic team of committed individuals and knowing that by coming to work every day we, in LEO, make a difference to the lives of people living with skin conditions.

Life passion: Holiday time with my family, skiing, sailing and exploring new countries and cultures.



Name: Claire Jones

Job title: People Director, Cluster Europe North, Australia & New Zealand

Key area of focus: A member of the Leadership Team with responsibility for linking our business strategy with the development of people and organisation capability and capacity. Developing an effective people strategy to ensure we have a team of engaged people, with the right skills, working on the right things to deliver on our business goals.

LEO passion: I enjoy working in an organisation that has embedded core values, is genuinely collaborative and seeks to unleash people’s energy and talent. It is important to me that our work ultimately makes a difference to people’s lives. 

Life passion: My family – my husband and two beautiful girls and of course my two crazy chocolate labradors and chickens!



Name: Mike Hinchy

Job title: Business Unit Director - Dermatology

Key area of focus: Working to expand the value LEO Pharma can bring to people with skin conditions by working with stakeholders to build on our strong heritage in topical dermatology and shape our entry into bio-dermatology.

LEO passion: Helping psoriasis patients achieve better treatment outcomes by bringing innovative products and education to healthcare professionals. 

Life passion: Enjoying the world with my wife and two young children. With any time available beyond this (!), I enjoy long walks in beautiful places, football and live music.



Name: Nick Craig

Job title: Finance Director, Cluster Europe North, Australia & New Zealand

Key area of focus: Ensuring delivery of our financial goals via insightful business analysis, close tracking of our results with fast corrective action where needed and tight management of our supply chain.

LEO passion: Taking a set of complex data and providing business insights which change the direction of the business so we can help more patients and deliver our financial goals.

Life passion: Family time & sailing!  I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife and 7 year old twins who keep us on our toes with their varied interests from judo to skiing to art!  I love sailing and have a lot of fun racing small boats in different places in the UK and around the World. 



Name: Barbara Reilly

Job title: Commercial Excellence Director, Cluster Europe North, Australia & New Zealand

Key area of focus: Commercial Excellence’s focus is partnering with the business to help people achieve healthy skin. The areas we focus on are Communications,  External Affairs, Business Intelligence, Market Research, Social Media, Multichannel Marketing and Sales Force Excellence.  

LEO passion: Gaining a true understanding of the patients’ needs and building this into everything we do.

Life passion: What I enjoy most of all is having a challenge to achieve whether that be participating in 10K walks/runs or aiming for longer distances to stretch myself this keeps me focused.



Name: Andy Carter

Job title: Business Unit Director - Thrombosis

Key area of focus: Ensuring patients that experience a blood clot or Cancer Associated Thrombosis (CAT) receive the best all round care possible including earlier diagnosis, appropriate medical intervention and effective patient support in the long term.

LEO passion: Seeing people succeed - Creating an environment where are teams can work collaboratively, developing new ideas & strategies that challenge our healthcare professionals and address unmet needs that will benefit our patients that experience blood clots.  

Life passion: Enjoying life which includes wine, food, cooking & friends.  My sedate sporting love is golf and my adventurous side is road bike mountain climbing across Europe.  Love to do one to two extreme sporting events each year.  Last year I climbed Mount Ventoux in France!



Name: Dr. Sathish Kolli

Job title: Scientific Affairs Director, Cluster Europe North, Australia & New Zealand

Key area of focus: Providing deep expertise with impact, through the Medical Division functions to support LEO in its mission to help patients achieve healthy skin. Every working day, the Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Quality & Compliance teams collaboratively deliver technical expertise internally and scientific engagement externally.

LEO passion: Being a  part of  long-term, multi year, ongoing cross-functional projects designed to support and learn from people living with psoriasis or thrombosis.

Life passion: Learning something new from my children every day. Running, reading and recreational mathematics.
