Social Media Principles

Our social media pages provide a place in which to share information. However, due to national regulations, we cannot discuss prescription-only medicinal products, provide personal medical advice or diagnosis.

LEO Pharma UK uses a variety of social media channels to connect with people in the UK. We welcome your general questions, comments, and suggestions. However, if you believe you may require medical attention, please visit your healthcare provider for an accurate diagnosis and advice tailored to you.

 

Because we operate in a highly regulated industry, some of our social media activity is limited. We cannot guarantee responses to all comments on our posts or to @mentions. We are not responsible for content that has been altered in retweets or shared posts. Where we are unable to provide the information you need, we may suggest who you should contact instead.

We reserve the right to remove or hide any comments containing such material and may block or remove any user who does not comply with these guidelines. Please note that additional scenarios not listed above may also lead to removal or blocking.

As a pharmaceutical company, LEO Pharma is not allowed to diagnose conditions or provide advice on how your condition should be managed.

Patient safety is our key priority and we take all information related to the safety of our products extremely seriously.
